Putnam Ave. runners raced against all the Cambridge upper schools on October 30th and a special shout-out goes to the following student-athletes:
- Marta Cremonini, 9th place
- Kayla Bernard, 14th
place;
- Anouk Noblett, 15th place;
- Albert Liu, 6th place;
- Sabir Cunningham, 7th place;
- Owen Eckert, 11th place;
- Jackson Codd, 12th place.
Congratulations to all the student-athletes who participated in the 2014 cross-country season.
On a brisk Tuesday afternoon in November, Putnam Avenue staff and students gathered
around the track for this year’s staff vs. student relay race. Coaches Mr. Richardson and Ms.
Hajjar organized relay teams of cross country athletes to race against the staff. This year the
students came closer than ever, winning two out of the five 4x400 races! Keep a lookout for the
next staff vs. student match up coming in February.
